Dr. Kathleen (Katie) Anderson grew up in Virginia Beach, graduating from the College of William and Mary in 1985 where she met her husband who was in law school at the time. She taught Biology at Princess Anne High School for five years prior to attending Eastern Virginia Medical School where she graduated with her Medical Degree in 1994. She subsequently completed her residency at EVMS in 1998.
She has been a partner with Emergency Physicians of Tidewater and on the faculty at EVMS for nineteen years and is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, and Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine. She lives in Norfolk with her husband, two children, and an assortment of pets.
