Angela Coyle attended Kennesaw State University in Georgia, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services. Angela earned her Master’s in Social Work, with a concentration in trauma, from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts. She is currently under supervision to earn her licensure as a Clinical Social Worker and her certification as a substance abuse counselor.
Angela’s professional experiences include homelessness, children and adolescent health and well-being, women’s trauma, military families, and serious mental illness, in addition to substance and addiction treatment. Additionally, Angela serves as a board member for a nonprofit which assists local military families. Angela utilizes Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Attachment Theory interventions to assist clients, based on their individual needs.
When not working, the majority of her free time is spent with her son. They enjoy water activities, catching the latest movie, and travel.
